April 25, 2009 - MDA Ride Into Spring, Freedom Riders Poker Run, & Ultimate Cycle

This was a busy day! I managed to cover three events - barely! First the MDA Ride into Spring at Thunder Creek H-D, then to the Freedom Riders Poker Run out of Riders Bar & Grill and then on to Ultimate Cycle for their Saturday Event. It was great to see all the faces that had been hiding during the winter months as well as the hard a##s that I'd seen all winter - riding in the elements along with me.
Special note: "Big Red" [Jimmie Devaney] is shown at the MDA on stage [cowboy hat] was in a bad motorcycle accident on Friday and died today, June 4, of her injuries. My love and prayers are with her and her family [her husband also went down at the same time but with less injuries]. Please keep them both in your prayers.
